TOUGHSEAL PAINT PROTECTION is a paint protectant, when properly applied to the vehicle’s painted surfaces, is warranted to protect the surface treated from fading, oxidation (chalking, not rust), insect acid (love bugs), tree sap, moisturizing salt and natural weather deterioration for the term indicated herein. If the painted surface with TOUGHSEAL PAINT PROTECTANT fades, oxidizes or deteriorates and it is determined to be due to the failure of the TOUGHSEAL PAINT PROTECTANT, the surface(s) affected will be repaired and the protective coating reapplied free of charge. Your Toughseal Protection is only covered by warranty when applied by a certified applicator and upon completion of our online warranty registration. Please note this warranty is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the original purchaser on the vehicle initially registered.
WARRANTY EXTERIOR PERIODS
TOUGHSEAL NANOTECH STEP 1 & 2 PAINT PROTECTION – 5 years or 100,000kms whichever occurs first.
TOUGHSEAL QFX CARBON CERAMIC PAINT PROTECTION- 10 years or 200,000kms whichever occurs first.
WARRANTY EXTERIOR CONDITIONS
EXCEPTIONS, LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS to coverage under exterior WARRANTY:
a) Damage or deterioration which results from collision, fire, natural casualties, stone chips, vandalism, acts of terrorism, war, factory defects or lack of prescribed maintenance.
b) Any surfaces that are damaged (collision, etc.) during the term of the WARRANTY must be properly repaired and TOUGHSEAL PAINT PROTECTANT reapplied to keep in place the WARRANTY.
c) Pre-existing defects in the painted surface which cannot be repaired prior to application of TOUGHSEAL PAINT PROTECTION. The authorized technician has identified the following pre-existing conditions (enter none if none exist):
d) Failure to lodge a claim within 30 days of the problem being apparent will absolve Toughseal Australia of any legal responsibilities.
This Warranty does not cover degradation of surfaces due to man-made chemicals including but not limited to road tar, brake fluid, petroleum based products, acid or similar chemicals, stone chip, scratches caused by everyday usage or other causes or damage due to neglect or abuse.
THIS WARRANTY IS NULL AND VOID IF ANY COMPOUND OR WAX IS APPLIED TO THE PAINTED SURFACES ALREADY PROTECTED WITH TOUGHSEAL PAINT PROTECTION
Maintenance: Exterior
Proper maintenance is required to allow the TOUGHSEAL PAINT PROTECTANT to provide the best results during the term of the WARRANTY. It is recommended that weekly washing of the treated surfaces be done.
DO NOT APPLY WAX OR OTHER PRODUCTS OVER THE TOUGHSEAL PAINT PROTECTANT PROTECTED SURFACES, AS THIS WILL DULL THE APPEARANCE.
Proper care and maintenance is deemed as regular weekly washing of your vehicle with Toughseal’s Wash & Gloss Car Shampoo and an annual treatment of Toughseal Waterless Wash & Shine by your Toughseal certified applicator.
WARRANTY INTERIOR CONDITIONS
TOUGHSEAL INTERIOR PROTECTION SYSTEM hereby WARRANTIES to the vehicle owner that the treated leather, vinyl, plastic, fabric and carpeted surfaces will remain free of permanent stains from date of application and is enforceable for two (2) full years from the date of the purchase except as otherwise noted. Should permanent staining occur to the interior surface of the owner(s) vehicle properly treated with TOUGHSEAL PROTECTANT PRODUCTS, the stained area will be replaced completely free of charge. Company reserves the right to attempt to remove any stain through professional cleaning prior to replacement of any protected surface. EXCEPTIONS, LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS to coverage under interior WARRANTY:
a) Damage prior to application of TOUGHSEAL INTERIOR PROTECTANT.
b) Damage caused by collision or similar accident, fire or other natural casualties.
c) Damage as a direct result of commercial use.
d) Damage from stains caused by paint, bleach, dyes on fabric, ink, gum, tar, acid or other caustic or corrosive substances.
e) Damaged caused by burns, rips, tears, shredding or other fabric damage resulting from vandalism or other causes.
f) Damage from abnormal use or damage from neglect or abuse.
g) Damage at natural creases in leather seats, modification or alteration of surfaces.
h) Damage caused by rusting or poor adhesion to the surface to which the leather vinyl or fabric has been attached or manufacturers defects.
i) Failure to lodge a claim within 30 days of the problem being apparent will absolve Toughseal Australia of any legal responsibilities.
Maintenance: Interior
Proper maintenance is required allowing the TOUGHSEAL PROTECTION PRODUCTS to provide the best results during the term of the WARRANTY. Weekly cleaning and vacuuming of the interior surfaces is recommended.
Do not apply other products over the TOUGHSEAL INTERIOR PROTECTED SURFACES. Any additional questions regarding the TOUGHSEAL INTERIOR PROTECTION SYSTEM should be referred to the suggested maintenance sheet or the product distributor.
THERE ARE NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, AGREEMENTS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE RELATIVE TO THE WARRANTIES OF THE TOUGHSEAL PROTECTANT SYSTEM EXCEPT THOSE EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.
